Terracotta Soup Bowl

This bowl is made specifically for my own soup eating pleasure (although, obviously it's excellent for cereal, yogurt, ice cream, whatever.) With soup, I need high sides, I need to hold the heat in a little bit.  I also need to be able to pick it up to sip because sometimes spoons do not to the pleasure of sipping justice. Dishwasher and microwave safe. 

These measure 6"wide and 2.5" deep.  They are stackable. 

Terracotta is a low fired clay which can absorb water when unglazed.  The interior is glazed with a clear glaze but I left the exterior unglazed. They are food safe but I would refrain from putting these bowls in the dishwasher for that reason.
