Shipping

If you're purchasing an item that is "pre-sale" or "made to order" it will take 4-8 weeks until your item ships.  If it's ready to ship it could take up to a week.  

Returns

There are no returns. These are handmade pieces, they all look a little different.  I try to the best of my ability to make sure each piece that goes out the door doesn't have "flaws" but I also believe some of those things are marks of being made by an actual human- thrown, trimmed and glazed by my hands.
